Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once shipped, cancellations may not be possible, especially for perishable items.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued if:
- You receive damaged or spoiled products
- Incorrect items are delivered
- Products are missing from the order
You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details.
Non-Refundable Items
- Perishable items once accepted and used
- Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
